TARI-AG silage wrap is manufactured using high quality raw materials and with modern 5 layers manufacturing techniques that created high strength and protection necessary for big round and square bale silage wrapping. This 5 layers blown stretch film can provide worldwide customers with minimum 12 months guarantee UV protection for outdoor storage, its high adhesive gives airtight performance against Oxygen and water intrusion , while its toughness helps prevent puncturing during handling and stacking, and gives excellent protection against extreme weather.

Instructions of TARI-AG bale wrap for use :

Film should be stored in cool and dry places. Do not allow film to come in touch with any petrochemical products in storage.
Take care of the roll ends to avoid damage, handle with care.
6 layers are recommended for both high Dry Matter (DM) round or square bales , a minimum 4 layers applied to round bales.
70% stretched for round bales and 65% stretched for square bales.
Stack the bales in a flat ground, do some preventation against the bird, rat etc.
Inspect the bales weekly, when found damage please use UV stabilized repair tap to cover the damage of the bale at once.

Note: The number of the bales per roll film can wrap varies according the size of the bale, the film stretched ratios and the local temperature etc.

Normally for example standard size 4ftX4ft round ( approx. 18bales/roll for 500mmX1800m, 22bales/roll for 750mmX1500m ).
